Whitby’s Industrial Areas
Whitby’s industrial areas provide a choice of sites

Whitby’s industrial areas provide expanding and relocating companies with a range of serviced building lots, both large and small.

As of 2018, Whitby has an inventory of approximately 9.6 million square feet of Industrial and Flex space, and 1.3 million square feet of office space, for a total of nearly 11 million square feet of existing buildings for employment (source: CoStar Realty Information, Inc.).

All of Whitby’s industrial areas have excellent access to major highways, railways, airports, and shipping ports.

Visit our available sites page to browse available properties in all areas of Whitby.

Land prices are more competitive than in the western and northern GTA. In most cases, Town and Regional services are in place to the lot line. If servicing is not already in place, every effort will be made to expedite servicing.
